Birthday Pictorial: Cosmetics Used Revealed! :)

It's my Birthday! :) I will be sharing the preparation I had before the pictorial for my Portfolio. :) I didn't hire make-up artist since this is just a simple photo shoot. :)

1. Prepare Skin

On normal days, after moisturizing my skin with serum, I just usually put concealer, powder, lip balm and I'm good to go. 

2. Make-up

2.1 Foundation

Since I had good sleep, I didn't use primer. :) Every time I have pictorial, I make sure to cover everything with Revlon Colorstay Shade #150. This is one of my favorite foundations! :) Perfectly covers blemishes with natural finish. :)

2.2 Concealer

I cover my dark circles with Fashion 21's SPF50 Perfect Stick. :) I don't usually put concealers on pimples. My skin feels irritated. :)

2.3 Bake

I pat loose powder on the areas I know have the tendency to oil up after few hours. I'll leave it for around 5-10 minutes then wipe using a brush. I am using the famous, Innisfree No Sebum Mineral Powder.

2.4 Eyebrows

Since I have good set of eyebrows, I only use eyebrow pen to fill-in gaps. :) By the way, for those who are asking, I always achieve Korean straight brows. :)

2.5 Lips

I am pale. I have to put orange tint on lips to make it look healthy. I recommend peach/orange rather than red for MEN because it gives a more natural color on lips. :) My current favorite lippie is Watsons Matte Lip Crayon in shade Peach Pink. 

After putting tint, I use Smith's Rosebud Salve Balm to treat my dry lips. :)

2.6 Powder

I have combination skin (oily and dry). I cannot go out of the house without setting everything with powder. Otherwise, some parts of my face will turn oily after few hours. It's uncomfortable! That's why I have to set everything with FS Two-Way Cake in shade Organza.

They say that this powder is a dupe of Mac's Two-Way Cake. I've been a loyal customer of this brand for more than 8 years now. :) Here's the review of the powder with their other products: FS Cosmetics Haul  

I didn't put any blush on, contour or  highlighter 'coz I want to achieve a natural look on pictures. :)
