I am still in cloud nine as of writing this 'coz it was just a dream of mine to see myself in TV and now it's fricking happening! :) Before I get too emotional, let me share to you the makeup routine I do every time we have shoot. :)

1. Prepare skin

Before I do my makeup routine, I make sure to prep my skin properly. I clean, tone and moisturize. :) Don't worry, I'll have my updated skin routine uploaded here on my blog. For now, here's my Morning Skincare Routine :)

2. Primer

QUICK FX NO-SHINE MATTIFIER

This is the cheapest and yet most effective makeup primer available in the market. It does help control oil and keep the makeup products I used all day.

3. Foundation

REVLON COLORSTAY #150

After the base, I need to put Foundation. This will help cover some blemishes on face and even skin tone. I use Revlon Colorstay because it has a flawless finish and lightweight feel.

4. Blush

LUNA AUTUMN CLAY BLUSH

Yes. I am joining the bandwagon. HAHA. But this clay blush gives a pinkish natural glow on my cheeks. I highly recommend this for men too! :) No need for me to put powder blush, for its finish is already good on the camera. :)

5. Conceal

FASHION 21 PERFECT STICK WITH SPF 50 (SHADE: LIGHT BEIGE)

My only concern that needs concealer on my face is my dark circles. Urgh! Even if I sleep for more than 8 hours, I still have them. :)

6. Eyebrows

Since I already have good set of eyebrows because of embroidery (Click here if you want to read it: #browgoals ACHIEVED! :)), I only need to fill in gaps and they're fine. :)

7. Lips

It's just this year that I had the courage to try putting lipstick on my lips. I usually just apply balm or gloss before. Now, I am into lipsticks as well. :)

TIPS FOR MEN: Choose nude lipsticks and make sure it is still close to your natural lip color. :) Never ever try red or pink ones for it will look obvious. :)

I love putting my favorite lip tint first (BEST and CHEAPEST Lip and Cheek Tint for Men?).

I let it set for a while followed by Nyx Lingerie Lipli 18 or Happy Skin Shut Up & Kiss Me Under the Sheets. :)

Because the products are matte, I still put Fashion 21's Lip Shine. Best combination for me! It still looks my lips but better. :)  

8. Contour

I am already on my 5th session of RF and toning for face and I can say that there are already changes. :) It makes my skin firmer and my face looks smaller. :) No need for me to contour with makeup. Hihi. I'll have my complete review of that, once I am done with all of my sessions. :) But I usually apply LOL Cosmetics Bronzing Powder if ever I needed to contour my face. 

Tip: Make sure to apply it on sides of the face, below jawline and temples of the forehead. :)

9. Powder

FS 2 WAY CAKE (SHADE: ORGANZA)

To set everything, I use 2 way cake powder. Why? It sets even better if you sweat compared to regular powder. :) MAC duper for powder? I have found it! :) Read: FS Cosmetics Haul

There you have it guys! :) This is the makeup routine I do every time we have shoot and no makeup artist is around. :) Just message me if you have questions. I am willing to share my knowledge. :)

I was an Ukay Ukay fan when I was in college. Aside from I save a lot of money, there's always thrill finding for branded and fashionable items. It was just this month when I saw this certain thrift shop selling, I believe the cheapest offer I've ever encountered when it comes to Ukay Ukay. I was pleased and decided to see if the post is true.

True to their words, ALL OF THE ITEMS HERE ARE FOR ONLY 10 PESOS!! WOW!! :) I didn't know where to start first, but one thing was for sure: I AM CHALLENGED! :)

I went there Saturday afternoon and the crowd is not that overwhelming. But prepare for drinks 'coz the place is really hot. Thankfully, I bought a liter of milk tea before coming to the shop. Hihi.

There are lot of choices to choose from but the items below got my attention. Since I also work as a University teacher, I always wear formal attire. So upon seeing these on the rack, I stayed there for almost hour and a half.

It has always been a dream of mine to be be shown on National Television. I remembered the times I auditioned for different shows and commercials. I stopped trying after I was hired as a TV Director for ChinatownTV (IBC 13). I was contented and believed that I was meant to work off-cam. But as they say, you can never predict your future. Everyone I never expected it would come a time I would say this but I AM NOW A TV HOST! :) 

You can watch me as I host Music & Entertainment, Mondays to Fridays, 10 AM, 2 PM, 6 PM and 10 PM only on STV! :) 

What I like about our show is that we feature song and dance covers from artists. Somehow, just like myself that is starting in the industry, the program is also a venue for aspiring people to show and share their talents. :)  

For those of you who are asking what network I am into. Here it is:

STV is a mainstream digital channel which features social media contents or any worthwhile works or creations such as Do It Yourself videos, short films, vlogs, film and animation, tutorial, hobbies, entertainment, etc. It is available in ABS-CBN TV Plus and other digiboxes in the Philippines. :)

We are actually a subchannel of UNTV. Wish 107.5 is also under the same management. :) 

There you have it everyone! I do hope you support me in this endeavor. I know this is just the start. There are rooms for improvement and I will never get tired of growing. :) Let's never stop dreaming and achieving our goals. :)
